1. EFFECTIVE ENERGY SAVING:In regard to power consumption, Servo E series is 40% cost less than installation of variable displacement pump, as well as 60% cost less than fixed displacement pump by setting various injection terms.

2. BETTER ACCURACY:Clamping, injection, holding and charging are well controlled by high performance computer. The command of pressure and flow give instant feedback from controller to stabilize machine functions. Linearity and hysteresis of pressure and flow are below 1% that will substantially improve the precision of finished articles.

3. FASTER RESPONSE:The response time for pressure and flow is under 0.1 second. While high pressure or fast speed is performing, servo motor merely provides necessary rotation to reduce energy waste of idle running.

4. HIGHER EFFICIENCY:No heat generation of hydraulic oil resulting from relief valves of fixed displacement pump and drain of variable displacement pump; hence, less volume of cooling water is required. The capacity of oil tank is cut to half for reducing storage of hydraulic oil and cost of refilling.

5. STABLE OPERATION:Integrating mechanical, hydraulic and electrical units for upgrading machinery performance and forming stability.

6. ECONOMY INVESTMENT:Servo E series requests 25% cost more than fixed pump machine; nevertheless, its performance almost equals to full electric machinery.

7. LOWER NOISE:The noise degree of servo motor is under 68db(A) by holding. No noise generating when machine is idling.
