SERVO MAX SERVIES1

  1. Optimized 5-point high speed toggle mechanism. Increasing toggle magnification and the ratio of cylinder stroke into opening stroke and dry cycle is reduced. Platen size and tie bar clearance are extended for having more space to various sizes of injection moulds.
  2. Three ways of drop chute facilitates integration of auxiliary equipment like conveyors and flow direction of finished part on request.
  3. Centralized lubricating system enables the medium either by lube or grease into toggle pins as perfect lubrication. The alarm of pressure fail is to prevent short of lubrication in case of tube damage.
  4. Parallel ejector during opening performs by hydraulic control, for shortening total cycle time. (Optional)
  5. Supportive guide block is with self-lubrication composite for low force and friction movement.
  6. Modularized concept of injection unit. According to various molding conditions and material characteristics, three models of injection unit plus three screw sizes to be selected for specific requirements of injection pressure, speed and shot volume.
  7. The movement of double injection cylinders is supported by linear guidance, achieves perfect precision and smooth move during injection process.
  8. Quick-removed adapter of carriage cylinder makes simple separation of injection unit. By swiveling 60 degree onwards to operation side, screw or barrel is easily taken apart and changed by hanger or crane.
  9. Barrier screw design with multi-notch screw tip and effective L/D ratio at least 18 times assures good plasticizing capacity, avoids the issue of short-filling under short cycle and stabilizes shot weight of finished part.
  10. Feed throat temperature control on hopper hole is against irregular charging performance as a result of material overheating. (Optional)
  11. Movable oil tank aims for complete tank clean and oil change. Modularized oil tank capacity is flexible set up basing on system flow amount and specific drive unit, or synchronous hydraulic functions.
